We have the most modern winemaking equipment.

Our press Della Toffola is at the cutting edge of wine technology.

We have installed a temperature control system in our vats so that our fermentations occur in a climate suitable to our types of wine.

We own a winemaker “Vat selector system of Gimar” from Italy to produce the best red wines in Quebec.

We use flotation pumps for settling musts before fermantation for the white and rosé wine. We also do cold maceration for red wines.

All our wines are filtered with a tangential filter that does not alter the color or taste of the wine.

Finally our wines are bottled professionally in compliance with all hygiene standards to ensure a top quality product to our customers.
