Grape Harvest
As of 2016, our grape harvest is done mechanically. We start harvesting beginning of September and finish by late October.
Good wines start with good grapes. All the effort we put into producing our own wholesome and mature grapes, we also apply to the harvest, so that the must from the pressed grapes which serve to produce our wines is the best possible.
We purchased a Pellenc Harvesting machine with Selectiv Process System to make sure that we process only good grapes. We unload harvested grapes into a receiving bin with carbonic snow to protect the aroma and the freshness of the grapes.
