Named in honor of its creator’s greatest pride, his daughter Livia. Sparkling white wine semi dry. Traditional method, fermented in bottle for 11 months. Colour golden yellow, with notes of fruit jams, honey and buttery toast. Refreshing zing with a soft feel to the palette. Long lasting bubbles, very intense with a hint of honey finish.
